Return Eligibility:

In order to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
• The return must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Return Process:

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at customercare@tashansingh.com  to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed.
3. Package the product securely, including the return authorization number, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Refund:

Upon approval of your return, we will issue a refund within 7 working days for the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping charges. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These include opened or used spice blends, as well as any products that have been personalized or customized.
